Are you an attender? Do you have an event at AFM that you are organizing? Reserve your space (and publicize your event!) this way:
- Decide when your group wants to meet, and if you have a space preference.
- Check the full calendar to see if your group’s preferences can be met.
- Email the resident with date, time, preferred location, length of event, contact person’s name & information. You may include an event description for the calendar if you’d like.
- Receive a reply saying you’re all set.
- Double check the online calendar to be sure the event looks the way you are expecting.
