Procedure for Donating Stock to Adelphi

It is easy to make a contribution of stock to Adelphi. All you have to do is:

1. Advise your broker of your desire to make the contribution and provide the following information.
   1. The shares (number and identification) that you wish to contribute
   2. Receiving Firm Name: National Financial Services, LLC
   3. DTC Number: 0226
   4. Receiving Account Title: Adelphi Friends Meeting
   5. Receiving Account Number: ORH195030
2. Advise Adelphi’s Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer that you are making the donation and whether you want it allocated to the General Fund or Building Fund.

Your broker may require you to complete a form (Partial Transfer – Outbound) with the above information. This provides your authorization for your broker to transfer the stock to Adelphi’s broker.

Your broker will then transfer the shares to Adelphi’s broker, who will sell them and send the proceeds to the Adelphi Treasurer for deposit in the account that you specified. You will receive confirmation of the stock sale and price from Adelphi shortly after the transaction. The amount will also be credited to your donations account and will be included in the statement you receive in January.
